HIP offers two KPIs for you to track FSS performance in your agency:
FSS Tenant Count - shows current total number of FSS participants in each data area or project.
FSS Escrow Balance - shows current total escrow balance amount, and the total escrow earned over the course of each month, for each data area or project.
